We are a student massage clinic; we treat our clients with respect and dignity and expect the same in return. All personal information is kept strictly confidential. Our student therapists adhere to proper draping techniques and answer any questions you may have about your massage treatment.
Special Requests by a Client
If a client wishes to make a special request, such as a female therapist, or a specific therapist by name, they are allowed to do so. The clinic will try to honor that request with the understanding that if we are unable to meet that request (i.e. No female is available at the time of the appointment, or the requested student is no longer available because of illness, etc.) we will not call the client in advance to inform them, and we would expect the client to receive his/her massage from the reassigned student therapist. (So even though your online booking is made with a specific therapist, your actual massage may be with a different therapist depending on the circumstances.) We will not allow discrimination against any of our students.
Arrival Prior to Your Massage
We ask that first-time clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their massages to fill out our intake and medical history form. Returning clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to their massages to check in.
Accepted forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, and Local Checks. Gift certificates are also available.
When you schedule a massage treatment at the WellSpring Student Clinic, as a courtesy to our therapists and other guests please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment of changes or cancellations. Missed massage appointments and changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to full charge. All massage appointments are taken with a credit card number to reserve the time slots. This card is only charged when our cancellation policy is violated. Please bring cash, credit or a local check for payment after your appointment.
